One of a kind rings can often be resized to make sure they fit you - if you are unsure, do contact us to ask!

Each designer has their own independent business and strive for sustainable working practices.

Often they use recycled gold, always use conflict-free diamonds and responsibly sourced gems. For details on each designer, see their unique page.

Emerald Studio does not use any mass marketed products and only uses responsibly sourced packaging. Sustainability is steeped into the brand ethos - soon to be documented via the Emerald Studio blog.

Your jewellery is made from materials thousands to millions of years old - and is your responsibility to look after it during your lifetime!

Do not wear your jewellery where it could get crushed with anything hard or heavy and do not use harsh chemicals.

When you receive your jewel, you will receive a tailored Care Advice sheet.

Do wear your jewellery and enjoy it. When not wearing, put it away somewhere soft, clean and safe - ready for you to wear again.

All items are shipped by tracked and signed for to make sure they get to you safely.

Deliveries to the UK are free.

Deliveries to the ROW are £15, and currently local taxes are not included.

We offer a concierge service to the London area. If you live or are staying in London, enquire about the concierge service to try on jewellery in the comfort of your home or hotel room.

There is a 30-day returns policy for all non-personalised jewellery, including earrings. Once a piece of jewellery has been resized or engraved, we unfortunately cannot refund or exchange.

Rings

If your ring size is available, it will be sent within one week.

If the ring available is able to be resized to your size, then the ring will be sent within two weeks.

If your ring is made to order, then please alow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Whichever ring size your select, a member of the Emerald Studio Team will be in touch to check. The initial ring sizing will always be complimentary.

Earrings

All earring posts will be approximately 10mm.
