Returns

We offer a 30 day refund policy for all jewellery, excluding personalised and bespoke jewellery.

Please email returns@emeraldstudio.co.uk with your order number to start your returns process.

Engraved and resized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

To process your return you will require your order number, receipt and email address.

Orders must be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days.

International returns require 28 days to reach us. Refunds will be processed once all goods have been received in an unused condition.

If you’re returning from outside of the UK, you will be solely responsible for the insurance and return postage of your return to us.

We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us via a trackable service.

Emerald Studio cannot be held responsible for return insurance and does not accept responsibility for pieces lost in transit.

Receiving a Refund

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment.

On receipt of a return to the Emerald Studio, we will inspect the piece. Once quality check has been certified, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.

Please retain your delivery note until you have received your refund.
